Feng Shui half-bath decor?

Is there a color recommendation for a half-bath, located on the first of 3 floors (not a basement), dead-center of home, no windows?

The over-all home faces NORTH, the door to the half-bath faces WEST and INTO MY KITCHEN.

I cannot say enough, how much I hate this set-up, but it is what it is. I simply cannot remodel.

This is really just a water-closet with a toilet and pedestal sink. Not very big at all.

I saw a tiny guest bath similar to that once, it was painted a pale green and stenciled with fern leaves (well actually it was hand painted because the owner had LOTS of money). It had a white wainscoating halfway up, but you could just paint the bottom white and put on a prefinished white molding that you can get at a home improvement store. There was a plain unframed mirror over the sink, a large one to reflect and give the illusion of more space, and wall sconces on each side to hold candles. A white wicker shelf unit over the toilet held towels, etc. It was very pretty. I have also seen tiny restaurant restrooms with sponged walls and handpainted flowers, or stenciled designs, but always a mirror. And hang a plant in the corner, a small ivy or phildendron
