Heavier mixing bowls (the stainless steel kind) better?
I went to target and they have light weight thinner bowls…. But yet the higher end bowls are thicker and heavier…
Is it to weigh it down for hand mixers? I dunno jesus…
with cooking, almost without fail, the heavier the implement the better it is.
